"A set menu is a menu, as you would find at a restaurant, that has dishes catering for 3 - to 8-course meals with a set price per person."
I can also offer you a more personalized menu:
"A menu made up according to your individual needs for your event"
Once the menus have been selected, the next would be to finalize a date and time, this is to allow me enough time to prep the selected menu, and arrange all that is needed for my time with you. Once that is finalized, a quote will be sent, and a 50% deposit will be required upon acceptance of the quote.
